2. All refund and exchange are strictly not allowed especially after the transactions are done.

4. Strictly no backouts once purchase has been confirmed.

5. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damage during delivery.

6. Under reasonable condition on imperfect item, we can only allow stock exchange instead of stock refund.

7. All items will only be reserved within 24 hours. Items will automatically be released for selling purpose after the period.

8. All payments must be clear within 48 hours.

9. For restock items, full payment must be made before processing the order.
